The Blog Of An Irish Web Designer

I have been creating quality websites with my web design and web development skills for many years. But having a website is only the beginning. you have to promote your website and get visitors to your website to make it work, and that's what i;m good at! I have been doing this for years so i believe that experience is now on my side!

Follow my blog, as I write about SEO, Google and other search engines. review online services which I use to build and promote websites, and other bits and bobs related to web site design and development, web site promotion and search engine optimisation.

In my blog ill also be touching on ways to monetise a website, and ways to start a website or business online.

I thought Id share this little video with you, I found it very creative …

This is a drawing I’ve been working on since last year (on and off)… Aiming to finish it by the end of this year… I took a few weeks off from it recently because I broke the pen I’d been using (it’s a Rotring Rapidograph Isograph, .10mm). The only replacement I was able to find was in the UK, so I picked one up when I was in London last week for the alpha-ville festival* to avoid the obscene shipping charges. I got the last one in the store, no less. In any event, I can’t tell you how happy I am to be working on this drawing again. And I actually covered more ground than normal in a 40 minute period…

Music by Grand Valley State University New Music Ensemble (performing Steve Reich’s Music for 18 Musicians). Pretty much the only other two albums I’ve listened to for this particular drawing are Beethoven’s 9th (CSO version), and Joanna Newsom’s Have One on Me

*More on alpha-ville soon, but it was awesome. And London was a blast.
